• Meals not mentioned above.
• Entry Fees to Monuments and Palaces
• Anything Not Mentioned in The Inclusions
• Tickets, tips, guided and Entrance Fees/ Charges.
• Porterage At Hotels and Airports, Tips, Insurance, Laundry, Liquors, Wine, Etc
• Any Increase in Taxes or Fuel Leading To An Increase In Surface Transport.
• Ayurveda Charges.
• Any Cost Arising Due to Natural Calamities Like Landslides, Roadblocks, Etc
• All items of personal nature
• 5% GST

CANCELLATION POLICY:

31 days or more prior to departure date, Initial Booking Amount and additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied). *Between 30–16 days: 75% of total tour cost will be charged as penalty. *Less than 15 days: 100% of total tour cost will be charges as penalty.

GUARANTEED DATES:

Your selected travel dates are guaranteed. In the unlikely event of seats sold out, we guarantee +/- 1/2 days from your preferred dates.

HIGH SEASONS:

Prices can fluctuate during peak season dates.

BOOKING POLICY:

• Initial Booking Amount - INR 15,000 per person or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable)
• 30 days prior to the departure date - 75% of the remaining tour cost.
• 15 days prior to the departure date - 100% of the tour cost required
• Please Note : For Issuance of the Flight Tickets, we require Full Payment of Airfare.
• Please Note : Non- Refundable Services in the tour package has to be paid in full at the time of Booking
• Please Note : Payment Policy is non-negotiable and has to be paid accordingly
