• Any Increase in the Airfare / Hotel tariff charges.
• Any Increase in the fuel surcharge or any kind of taxes levied by the respective government or statutory bodies.
• Cost of extension of the validity or deviation from the route of the tour in case of Airport to Airport tours.
• Porterage(Coolie charges), laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), telephone charges, shopping, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming the part of the group menus.
• Extra stay pre/post tour.
• Any extra expenses incurred for changing the route due to any unforeseen circumstances, forced majuire instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes etc.
• Extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any Individual unforeseen cost incurring incidence.
• In case of Pilgrimage tours cost of horse back, Doli, Helicopter (unless specifically mentioned), chopper etc.
• Any private transfers taken to move from one place to another instead of coach.

Include & Exclude:

• Room size is 10″x11″ feet everywhere.
•  Air | Every traveler arriving in Delhi by rail has to reach Delhi Cantt railway station by 6-30 am.
• air | Every traveler reaching Chandigarh by rail has to reach Chandigarh by 2-00 PM. From there they have to reach Pinjor Garden at their own expense. Pinjore Garden they will join the group. Breakfast and lunch will not be provided by the company during this journey.
• Local places in Manali and Dalhousie will be visited by Union vehicle. Visiting Rohtang Pass and Manikanan will have to be done by the traveler at his own expense by Union vehicle.
•  Hotels in Dalhousie will be average compared to Shimla and Manali.
• Every traveler should take special note of this.
• Non AC in hotels everywhere except Amritsar. Room will be arranged. Not every room in a hotel is the same, so every traveler will not have to compare his/her assigned room with someone else’s. And the manager K
• Do not have any kind of conflict with the management.
• Apart from Amritsar, catering will be provided from Navbharat’s kitchen. After morning breakfast at Dalhousie depart for Amritsar, midday lunch will not be provided by the company during this journey.
• Evening dinner and morning tea-breakfast in Amritsar will be provided from the hotel, lunch will not be provided.
• In case the required number (25 persons) is not reached in the tour, morning breakfast and evening dinner will be arranged from the hotel. There will be no lunch. There will be no manager arrangement either.
• In these circumstances, the traveler who cancels the trip will have to bear the cancellation of the air ticket or railway ticket himself. The company is not responsible. A.C. according to the number in the tour.
• Vehicle will be arranged. As per government rule
• AC in the hilly area. Will not work. The room will be arranged according to the check-in and check-out time of the hotel. The traveler who arrives earlier and checks out the room as per the check-out time has to sit in the waiting area of ??the hotel.

Travel Tips

• Carry Original Photo Id (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter Id/Passport).
• Carry your Regular Basic medicines & Basic First Aid Kit with you
• Buy items that depict the true essence of Himachal Pradesh and are not available elsewhere.
• Long woolen coats / Gum Boots are available on rent at Rohtang Pass.
• As in Hill stations rain showers are expected anytime so kindly carry a small umbrella/windcheater & also cover your travelling bag with plastic from inside so that your clothes don’t get wet.
• Carry Sun Glasses, Sun’s screen, Cap, Sport Shoes.
• No room heating systems (Room Heaters) are provided in the room in maximum hotels.
• The region's prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere.
• In No Parking Zones, the vehicle will get parked in an available parking area. In such a case, you will have to wait for the vehicle to come to your designated area.
• Please be patient as the driver will have to come through traffic. Please coordinate with the Manager.
