Itinerary
Day 1 : Arriving in Jammu
After arriving in jammu, you can visit Katra, the famous town for Mata Vaisnov Devi Darshans.
Jammu is located at the foot hills of great Himalayas and is the winter capital of the state Jammu and Kashmir. It is a entrance gate for entering into the Kashmir valley.
Day 02 : Drive Katra – Patnitop
From Katra the next destination is patnitop, located on the national highway to Kashmir and halfway to Srinagar. Patnitop is a very admirable tourist sites ,it has the most beautiful and attractive landscapes, natural sceneries, landmark etc
Day 03 : Drive Patnitop – Pahalgam
It offers breathtaking panoramic views of the beautiful Himalayan Ranges.
Apart from this, it is a perfect place for adventurous activities like golf, horse riding, trekking and many water sports. You can visit here from Srinagar by crossing through the Saffron fields at Pampore
It is a beautiful drive through villages & farm land and will pass along the river Jehlum at certain points till you reach Martand natural springs.
Day 04: Drive Pahalgam – Gulmarg
From pahalgam lets get enter into the Meadows of flower –Gulmarg, one of the most silent valley of Kashmir. It is world wide famous for its snowfall and an ultimate destination for skiing sports.
Khilanmarg is ver popular spot for skiing in winters. Alpather Lake, alpine lake, Golf Courses etc are some other major attraction of the city. It provides huge platform for number of adventurous sports like trekking, horse riding and skiing.
Day 05: Drive Gulmarg - Srinagar
Today leave for Srinagar the summer capital of Jammu & Kashmir state on the banks of river Jehlum. Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, Lake side views, splendid sunsets, greenish landscape, Mughal Gardens, Shankaracharya temple , Dal Lake etc are the must watch sites of Srinagar.
Day 07 : Darshans of Matta Kheerbhawani
The temple of matta kheerbhawani is located in Maheshaspora, Tullumullu which is 25 km from the Srinagar city.The temple is devoted to the Goddess Rangana Devi.
Day 08: Drive Srinagar - Sonamarg – Srinagar
Sonamarg is the meadow of gold. It is about 80 km from Srinagar, located on the bank of river Sindh with the back drop of Zojila hill. It is an important entrance gate for Baba Amarnath yatra.
Gadsar Lake, Satsar Lake, glaciers and Sindh river are some of the well known tourists destination of Sonamarg.From sonamarg get back to Srinagar again.
Day 09:Departure from Srinagar
After such an enjoyable and beautiful ride, you can get back to home by taking a flight from Srinagar airport.
